Feedback and DC Central Kitchen host a food festival that provides a delicious free lunchtime feast, made entirely from fresh, top-quality ingredients that would have otherwise been wasted

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, Top DC Chefs – José Andrés, Spike Mendelsohn, and Anthony Lombardo, food policy experts and local organizations will be on hand to inform the public on issue of unnecessary food waste

All are welcomed to attend and to take action by appealing to the food industry to enact voluntary measures to take #foodwaste #OffTheMenu

I just walked by the Amorini Panini and someone said that it is closed “indefinitely.” Their website is down. Have you heard anything about this?”

Ed. Note: Facebook hasn’t been updated since Oct. 2015 and Twitter since February. Their phone number rings without going to voicemail. Amorini Panini opened their first brick and mortar spot back in 2010. They previously closed one on 18th Street downtown. Updates when more is known.
