I was finishing Ubering a side gig I use to pay my rent. I came to a stop on H St NE and a vehicle with windows so dark it looked as if they had been painted black was following me. I slowed down they slowed down , so I sped up and got in front of them and could barely see the inspection sticker, as we kept stopping at lights I could clearly see that the front window was tinted! “Dear PoPville,

Yesterday afternoon, I took the L2 bus from Farragut Square up to Adams Morgan with my mother-in-law and my wife. A few stops into the journey, a visibly intoxicated man boarded the bus, carrying a bottle of clear alcohol. He sat directly behind my family and began shouting, creating an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. (more…)
