I was finishing Ubering a side gig I use to pay my rent. I came to a stop on H St NE and a vehicle with windows so dark it looked as if they had been painted black was following me. I slowed down they slowed down , so I sped up and got in front of them and could barely see the inspection sticker, as we kept stopping at lights I could clearly see that the front window was tinted!
Is this legal and how could it be, since I’ve seen dozens of similar vehicles. How can anyone feel safe you literally don’t know if someone is looking at you from the other side ready to rob or carjack you! Can you tell me is front window tint and 100% blackout tint legal?”
