I made the unfortunately abysmal mistake of living on U street (technically I live on 12). And every day of my life I wonder why the city does nothing about the dirt bikes. They are loud (so so loud). They ride through red lights. They cut off traffic. They make U turns in the opposite lane in front of the law abiding drivers. They drive in the wrong lane.
