Note to DPW:
“Please note that all the vehicles parked on the east side of 40th Place NW were wrongfully ticketed this morning.
The violation “P173 no parking street cleaning” does not apply as the sign states “every 3rd Tuesday” and today (4/23) is the 4th Tuesday of the month.
More than a dozen vehicles have been wrongfully ticketed and now have to deal with the consequences.”
