Update part one: Pablo has been found!! Will update again when Bruno is hopefully found soon too.

Pablo’s owner reports: “Attached are some photos of Pablo, as well as the thief/thieves. They took him from my boyfriend at gunpoint while I was in CVS. They took his phone, but the “find my iPhone” showed it had been ditched, and the car was stolen so dead end there. He’s 11 weeks and we’ve had him less than 2 weeks. We intended on fostering but immediately fell in love and adopted on the spot. We got him from K9 Lifesavers and they’ve generously offered to donate the $5,000 reward.

We are so insanely in love with him even after such a short time. He loves attention and has certainly gotten no shortage of it on our walks.

Detectives say the robbers will likely try to sell him so we’re asking people to keep an eye out on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. Also would love help spreading the word to area vets.

“Dear PoPville,

I have an indoor/outdoor cat (I’ll call him Fluffy). He’s formerly feral (in fact, my property used to be his territory, which is how I ended up with him) and he sticks to my decent sized property. Lately another cat (I’ll call him Tigger) has been hanging around and fighting with Fluffy. This is the second time I’ve had to take Fluffy to the vet for rear-end wound care, which means he’s turning and running. I’ve tried to let Tigger’s Mom know that Tiger is attacking Fluffy, but she’s ignoring my texts.

What do I do? I’d love a few bucks pitched in to help with vet bills, but I’d much prefer that Tigger is kept indoors. I know that’s tough, and I could keep Fluffy indoors myself (also tough considering his feral origins), but surely there’s some compromise we can come to if only Tigger’s Mom showed some willingness to come to the table?”
