I’m the proud owner of a 7yo husky and I recently sold my condo. I’m in the market for an apartment but it turns out my husky isn’t welcome. Apparently the breed is on the Restricted Breed List that many buildings use.
I’m curious if folks know where this list comes from and if anyone has successfully lobbied against it with buildings. My hunch is that huskies can be known as vocal or destructive but unsure what the criteria is for this list aside from some public sources including breeds as prone to aggressive behaviors. If anyone has met a husky, I can assure you they are the furthest things from aggressive. Mischievous, maybe.”
