Redevelopment of the former Cobalt and Townhouse Tavern building seems to have stopped months ago. Marwick Associates’ website still lists the property as a project for residential redevelopment, but there is no visible activity.”

A few folks were asking about Butter Chicken Company and the owner tells me about the long term plans which led to the closure of two DC spots (on H Street, NE above and in Dupont on 19th St) which suffered during the pandemic.
