I was wondering if you have heard any intel about what happened to Debby Harper salon in Dupont. This nail salon is a favorite of thousands of women (and men) across DC.
It is one of the few women-owned salons where nail technicians are encouraged to go by their real names, not make up American-sounding names, and empowers women owners and technicians. I was there a few weeks ago and they were busy as usual and all seemed well. All of a sudden about a week later everything was gone and the place was completely shut down. This is heartbreaking and many loyal customers are very concerned about Debby. It is completely empty inside.”
