This morning at 7am I walking to the gym when I realized a man, standing in the doorway of an apartment building on 17th & S Streets NW (across from the S Street dog park) was holding the door open with one arm, and masturbating/aggressively waving his genitalia at me with the other.

The cafe will be open to the Museum’s guest’s as well as the general public without an entrance fee, open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:30am to 5:00pm.
