I don’t know if you’ve had occasion to visit this new “CVS.” But it’s literally just the pharmacy counter and that’s it. Obviously fine for its main purpose and Safeway is more or less across the street, but still kind of annoying they got rid of literally everything but the pharmacy.”

“CVS Health® (NYSE: CVS) unveiled its first pharmacy-focused, apothecary-style CVS Pharmacy® location in Washington, DC. The new pharmacy, located at 3701 New Hampshire Avenue NW, will help bridge gaps in pharmacy care and make it easier for community members to access medications, immunizations and other health care services provided by pharmacists.

Thanks to Elliott for sending: “Just reporting the closing of yet another pharmacy in this neighborhood. This is CVS at 2350 Washington Place NE right off Rhode Island Ave NE outside of Rhode Island Metro.”

Just wanted to let you know that another CVS is closing. While picking up a prescription at the 1100 4th St SW store they announced that the store is closing May 15th and we need to transfer our prescriptions before then.”
