ANYWAY, thanks to Adam for sending:
“CVS across from the CVS? So at the modo apartments ground floor at the Petworth metro, they are doing construction on the retail space. The permit says CVS [“A new small format CVS pharmacy”] – which is weird because there is a CVS across the street.“
Flashback to April 30, 2009: “CVS to be built at Georgia and New Hampshire Ave and construction is set to begin in the fall with the store opening in late spring 2010.”
Flashback to July 19, 2010:
“I’ve been getting a number of inquiries about when the long anticipated (by many not all) CVS will be opening up at the corner of New Hampshire and Georgia Ave, NW. I’ve asked some folks who are indicating that the goal is this Sunday, July 25th.”
