Thanks to K. for sending from 11th and U Street, NW: “There were 30+ police cars, a few ambulances and a helicopter who stayed in the block for 2+ hrs. We tried to leave the area and came across dozens of young people screaming and sprinting in all directions. Chaos.” (more…)
