Obviously whoever buys this (it’s going for $1,825,000) will likely be doing a massive renovation, understandably. Hopefully they are able to preserve much/some of the exterior (and interior I imagine) awesomeness . The brickwork, the windows, the stairs, the details are incredibly. So here’s the ZipCar, parked by the neighbors at their gate, blocking the alley (Petworth) since Friday night.

I wanted to warn the other young women of the Dupont Circle/ lower AdMo area (approx. New Hampshire and Riggs) of a man that assaulted me, and other women in the area over the weekend.
He came up from behind me on foot, grabbed my butt, tried to grab under my jacket, feeling around for my belt line/waist area. It lasted all of about 45 seconds before I started screaming loud enough that people noticed and he walking off by foot. (more…)
