“The interior is pretty much the same as Little Vietnam, but they put the espresso machine on the corner of the bar and you use a kiosk to order. At least in the morning it’s the same Little Food Studio menu (sausage rolls for the win!). The manager also said dinner service started.”

I noticed that the Glover Park Whole Foods is not longer a “just walk out” store. You buy your groceries the old fashion way by ringing up your purchase at the cashier or self-checkout counters. The place is still creepy—all the cameras are still in place in the ceiling. So, last week was the first time I had been in the GP WF store in weeks. At that time, there were turnstiles at the front entrance where you scanned the QR code on your phone to enter. I see now that there is a just-walk-out lane open, but I don’t see how you scan in when you enter.” (more…)
