Mita Cafe opens inside of Roots and Blooms on Kennedy Street

Thanks to Frances for sending: “It’s the former Japanese Embassy chef’s new venture. I tried the sushi and it was delicious! They also serve paninis, smoothies, pastries, and Ethiopian coffee! A welcome addition to Kennedy St! I had lunch from there yesterday and the sushi was phenomenal!!!!”

From Roots and Blooms: “Welcome Mita cafe! We are partnering with Local caterer Mita cafe run by Chef Ionue – former Japanese embassy chef offering breakfast menu and freshly made sushi, hot drinks ethiopian coffee and pastries. They are open every day from 8-3pm. Our premade flower bouquets and plants will be available Friday – Sunday for purchase at the location.”
