“Dear PoPville,
It took a really long time to build this restaurant at the corner of 18th and California NW, and the restaurant lasted only a very short while. I had one meal there that I thought was pretty poor but didn’t get a chance to give them a second change before they closed. It’s an interesting space architecturally with lots of outside seating in front and in the back, and it should be a natural.
I chatted up a woman who was coming out of it a week or two ago. (more…)

In my day this space was previously home to a Drybar, a Custom Fuel Pizza and a Potbelly.
This post office will replace the recently closed, nearby, Temple Heights location. What a ride.
