“Dear PoPville,

Do you know what happened outside of The Guild apartments (Sunday night) in Navy Yard? I heard this super loud boom that I looked outside to see if it was a gunshot. Ten minutes later a bunch of cops and an ambulance arrives (around 10:30 pm). Turns out it was the sound of someone falling out their window (more…)
