“Dear PoPville,

Anyone else in the area have an issue with water pressure around 14th/R and 15th/R? After a bunch of work was done laying pipes on R street (don’t know if it’s actually related), my water pressure went down. I guess the work on R street has been going on from March to August/September. And during that time up until now, the pressure has changed. If you have a similar issue in the area, what have you done to fix the problem?”

15th and P Street, NW

Laura Hayes reported yesterday:

“A rep from @PhillipsSeafood just confirmed that the 14th & P Street NW location has closed due to the pandemic. Same for sister restaurant Street Carts. This is the space that used to be Tortilla Coast.”

Phillips Seafood and Street Carts opened here (15th and P) in June 2019. Tortilla Coast closed here back in 2017. Prior to Tortilla Coast this prime space was home to McCormick Paints. Updates as we learn more.
