“We’re currently a TBD on timing of this store opening based on our construction team and working on schedules etc. but it still looks like sometime in 2016. This could of course change. That being said, it will be men’s only product, with some exciting partnerships featured.”

This was the location of a “Questionable Death” at an underground gay sex club back in 2009. Quite a transformation.

Another mystery solved! Been getting tons of emails/tweets about the scene outside Studio Theatre, like this one from Jennifer Darland:

“what’s being filmed at Studio Theatre on 14th? Trucks have been there for two days”

“SIGAL Construction Corporation has begun construction at the Elysium Logan at Rhode Island Avenue, NW. Once completed, the 52,500 SF new construction project will be an eight-story, 32-unit luxury condominium building which is replacing a vacant lot in the 14th Street Historic District.

Designed by PGN Architects and developed by Madison Investments, the urban infill project will feature a mix of 1, 2, and 2+ den units ranging from 550 SF to 2,400 SF with an average unit size of 1,200 SF, providing options for families and empty-nesters looking to downsize.
