Confirmed – Obamas to Stay in DC after Term Ends

The New York Times reports:

“After years of speculation, President Obama confirmed on Thursday that he and his wife, Michelle, intend to remain in Washington for “a couple of years” after his term ends.”

Back in January West Wing Report first reported the news as well as the neighborhood most likely being considered – Kalorama/Embassy Row.

In October I begged Ogawa to open up. My prayers have finally been answered according to a worker on the scene – he says Ogawa, Traditional Japanese Sushi and Washoku Sushi, should be good to go on Monday!  This is the the former Pines of Florence space and Ogawa is from the owners of the incredibly awesome Sushi Capitol on Capitol Hill.  We first heard they were coming back in Oct. 2014. All indications are this will definitely be worth the wait:
