“Boulangerie Saint Georges is an authentic French bakery bringing traditional French baking techniques to Capitol Hill. The bakery’s pastries and breads are crafted daily by a French pastry chef and a baker, with everything made in-house from viennoiserie and pastries to breads, sandwiches, and seasonal offerings.
The space includes a large, dog-friendly patio and is designed to feel like a true neighborhood boulangerie, welcoming both commuters and locals throughout the day.
We’ll be opening on Saturday, April 11.

Last week we broke the news that bumblebirds would be replacing the Good Stuff Eatery on Capitol Hill.
