I live in Capitol Hill a block or so northeast of Stanton park. We’ve been hearing this consistent unexplained noise the last few months, especially in the morning, and I’m wondering if you’ve gotten any other reports.

The best way I can describe it is that it sounds like we live next to an airport and there’s a jet taking off every 5 minutes. (more…)
