From the files of I hadn’t even realized they had closed 2020 Bar & Lounge edition, next up Phoenix Restaurant Lounge. Phoenix’s liquor license placard says:

“A Restaurant serving authentic American food. Entertainment Endorsement to offer Live Entertainment, Dancing, and Cover Charge. Total Occupancy Load of 198 seats.”

RIP Meskerem.

Hot damn, nice score for Adams Morgan. The liquor license placard for Pitango Gelato and Café says:
