OK a couple weeks ago I mentioned I was sitting on some sweet Wawa scuttlebutt when we spoke about the possibility of a Wawa taking over the old Zoup space downtown. As I said at that time, I was only giving that scuttlebutt a 50/50 chance. However, this one is rock solid. Ed. Note: There is always a +/- 3% chance of something happening last minute. But I feel very good about this one. Updates and details on location when it’s locked in 100%.
