We’ve previously judged Cafe Divan located at 1834 Wisconsin Ave., NW. I just noticed that they have had a grand opening of their Sea Room. Anyone know anything about this? I assume it will specialize in seafood but I didn’t see anything about it on their Web site. Anyone happen to try it out yet?

BreadSoda is located at 2233 Wisconsin Avenue, NW. It’s easy to walk by this spot without noticing it as it is located downstairs:

But I happened to notice the sign that said Deli and Billiards and was instantly intrigued. So anyone check out this spot before? How’s the deli? What’s the atmosphere like?

Ezme Wine Bar and Turkish Restaurant is coming to the 2000 block of P Street, NW west of Dupont Circle (across from today’s judging buildings). This is the location that used to house Pesce. Apparently Ezme is from the same group that owns Meze in Adams Morgan.

And in non snowsanity related news – a burger joint is coming to the Old Garden District space located at 14th and S Streets, NW. This is the space that was gonna have a creperie for a hot second. Thanks to all the readers who sent in the word. One reader writes:

“The old garden district at 14th and S will be re-imagined as a beer garden (I’ve always said DC is sorely missing this!) Apparently it will be started by a twenty-something Bates College grad.”

The liquor application says:

“New restaurant serving hamburgers and french fries with 15 seats. Occupancy load of 170. Request a sidewalk cafe with a seating capacity of 67 and summer garden with a seating capacity of 63”.

Sounds pretty sweet, yeah?

Fusion located at 4815 Georgia Ave, NW has shared their Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu and special. It is $40 and full menus can be seen after the jump. But I was also curious – what is your favorite restaurant to go to on Valentine’s Day? (more…)

Mehak is located at 817 7th Street, NW in Chinatown. Whenever I’ve walked past this place it is almost always nearly dead empty. But I saw a nice review from the Post:

So are there any fans out there? You can see their menu here.
