“Dear PoPville,

I’m curious if anyone knows what’s going on with Harvard Liquor at the corner of Harvard and Sherman Avenue in Columbia Heights. I’ve seen it change ownership several times over the past couple of decades but it’s always been fairly busy. For the past month or so it’s been either sporadically open or not open at all for days at a time.
