I hung an 8 x 10′ sign in my yard, attachment 1. After a couple of months, received the attachment 2’s letter slipped into our mail slot, no return address. I can’t believe someone in today’s world wouldn’t understand or recognize SimpliSafe doorbell cameras. Can’t wait to see this person again.”

UPDATE: Uptown Theatre Not For Lease According to Listing Agent, “only the small 2 storefronts on Connecticut Avenue remain available for lease”

UPDATE: From the listing company, “Our company has been doing some website maintenance over the holidays and whomever sent this in to you must have somehow accessed an older marketing piece showing the theater space as being available for lease, which is not the case. Nothing has changed on the theater space since you last reported on it and only the small 2 storefronts on Connecticut Avenue remain available for lease (816 SF and 836 SF respectively).”
