Abbey Place and L Street, NE
Update: “That’s my unit. It was like that after the one above fell earlier in the week. Maintenance screwed our balcony closed and the building management has advised the rest of the residents to not use their balconies. Fire department and building inspectors have come through already. I think they’re supposed to come again later.”
Last week we posted about a “Balcony literally fell onto a car” at this same building. You can see more photos from that incident here. This morning No Place Like NoMa shared the disturbing photo above. Obviously, making sure DC Fire and EMS knows. Yikes!
