Thanks to all who passed on the streateries update from the Adams Morgan BID this morning:

“We are excited to partner with District Department of Transportation, Mayor Bowser, and 33 neighborhood businesses on a new streatery pilot program in #AdamsMorgan (18th St NW between Kalorama and Columbia Rds NW). Demolition of existing streateries is occurring this week and installation of the new structures will begin September 16. Completion of the new streateries will occur on or before September 27. This vibrant event will take place on Thursday, September 19, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the heart of downtown DC at Lotus Plaza and Chinatown Park, located on I Street NW between 5th and 6th Streets.
