On Friday we shared the shattering news that the Pizzeria Uno had closed after decades of dominance in Union Station.

Ed. Note: I’m opening a bar in Union Station. Beer, champagne and gin available. There will be pizza bagels. No surcharges. An entire wall of “little free library” books. Sticking around or heading out of town – hope everyone has a safe and meaningful long weekend.

Catch you on Tuesday.

And if we do get a legit snow on Sunday – be sure to send your snow/dogs/cats/miscellaneous photos to us at [email protected] (please include pet name and your neighborhood) and we’ll be sure to post them when I get back online. [Ed. Note: For those who sent pics from last storm that didn’t get posted, you’re in the regular animal fix queue and will be posted eventually. I promise! Will email ya the day I post so you don’t miss it.]

Stay warm!

From Alert DC:
