Thanks to Emma for sending the update at Almeda at the former Little Vietnam (et al) space in Petworth:
“The interior is pretty much the same as Little Vietnam, but they put the espresso machine on the corner of the bar and you use a kiosk to order. At least in the morning it’s the same Little Food Studio menu (sausage rolls for the win!). The manager also said dinner service started.”
Almeda writes on their IG:
“The cat is officially out of the bag! My restaurant space is now officially two concepts under one roof! @littlefoodstudio is now LFS cafe at Almeda! @Almedarestaurant is our evening concept, serving Afro-Fusion cuisine! This week is our soft opening, which means no reservations required! Walk-ins are welcome while we figure out our flow of service! Please stop by! We’d love to see you!”

“We are OPEN for dinner! Sort of! @almedarestaurant is walk-ins and waitlist only this week! We’ll be working through the kinks of service and with the kitchen, so we ask for your grace and patience! Tonight will be a short menu of our offerings! Online presence and reservations to come next week!”
