Cooper was known for designing houses throughout the city, as well as in Chevy Chase Village, Maryland. Several of the properties he designed are currently on the National Register of Historic places, including the then apartment buildings, now condo and co-op ownership, The Hawarden and Gladstone on the 1400 block of R Street NW.
There have been a total of 10 fee simple homes settled within 1/10th of a mile of this property since the beginning of 2017, ranging in price from $679,000. to $1,800,000.
