Witness Describes Wheel Theft

most recent theft sent to me this morning from Columbia Heights not the car described below

“Dear PoPville,

I witnessed a wheel theft in progress this morning in Shaw. This was shortly after 5am when I went outside with my dog. Two thieves dressed in black were in the process of stealing wheels from my neighbor’s newer model Honda. I stopped next to them on the sidewalk,

so they got back inside a grey colored newer model truck (already loaded with 6-8 wheels/tires in the bed). I memorized the MD tag number on the rear but there was no front tag. I didn’t have my cell phone so I ran back inside to get it and call police. By then, the thieves had quickly removed all 4 wheels and were speeding off as I ran back outside. DC Police responded in 2-3 minutes and are checking nearby cameras. My neighbor said he does have wheel locks which apparently did not deter the thieves.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
