About me: I’m a 30 year old female working in the city as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Looking to rent out the master bedroom in my current condo in the Shaw neighborhood. I have very early mornings which means pretty early nights. Not home often, usually working. I’m very clean, organized, and responsible. When I am home, I like to listen to music, cook, write, read, and watch Scandal.

Rent is $1,700/month. The room can be available as soon as January 1st. 12 month lease preferred but not a must.
