  • Sounds like a decent deal to me, especially given the square footage. Emmaleigh, your building is also Bernstein-managed, right?

    • Emmaleigh504

      Yep. Love them.
I have a friend who lived here and loved it. I stayed in one of their apartments for a couple of days while my apartment was being fixed and the 1 bedroom I stayed in was HUGE.

  • I can’t say enough good things about this management company. Bernstein rocks!

  • Love this building. Lived in a HUGE two bedroom and had a very positive experience.

  • More like CAT-hedral Mansions, amirite?

  • “Move in pet fee is $150.00 per cat.” WTF????? Are they hiring the Swiss Guard to hold your cat in a golden cage and feed her caviar while you move in? Of course a pet deposit is logical – but a “move in fee” is absurd.

    • It’s not per pet, it’s just a flat fee. We live here and have to cats. No extra monthly fee for pets. Huge closets and rooms. Maintenance is spot on. My only complaint is no central air. The ac units suck.

      • From the listing above – “Move in pet fee is $150 per cat.”

        • Yeah, but that sounds pretty reasonable given how many places charge monthly “pet rent.” Obviously it doesn’t have anything to do with the move-in process, but at least it’s just a one-time fee. So the longer you stay, the cheaper it is if you consider the cost divided by x months.

  • Uhhh, is this building on fire right now?
