  • I like to sometimes guess the price based on the photo and description, and I guessed 1300 here. So my eyes popped out of my head a little when I saw almost 1600 but after looking more closely, with the parking and pool I think is probably about right.

  • That’s a good deal for that area.

  • I just moved out of a studio in that building two months ago when I moved to Bloomingdale. It was a fantastic place to live. Great staff, clean, relatively quiet. You can also go month-to-month nearly right off the bat. It’s gotta be one of the best deals in the city. I really enjoyed it there.

  • This is a great building with the best pool I have seen in DC. This unit has a balcony. Although paying almost $1600 for a studio makes me a little sad on the inside, I think it is priced right.

  • The price of those studios has jumped so much. I live in the building and lived in a studio 2 years ago for $1300. This definitely overpriced. Fancy appliances is a joke! I love the building but that’s a bit of an exaggeration. The pool is a nice perk. Parking is $200 extra. The price of that studio is almost the price of my 2 story 1 bedroom.

  • I chuckled at “over 464 square feet.” So…. its 465 sqft?

  • if it includes utilities ($100-150/mo.) and parking ($200/mo.), then the base rent actually looks more like $1300, which including a balcony, location, and a pool doesn’t look bad.

  • Great location, outdoor space, pool. Good deal.

  • If it was exactly 464 sq ft, I’d say no deal. But OVER 464!! Where do I sign?

  • Utilities are included at the promenade, the $200 parking is not

  • loved living here. Only left when I bought a place and was sad to go, the staff was great, the location perfect. There are great views from the top floors so your also paying for a panorama of DC out your window. I could see the capitol and washington monument from my balcony.
