Hannah Emily Upp Missing from Kensington – UPDATE – Located

From Montgomery County Police Department:

“Detectives from the 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a woman missing from the Kensington area.

Hannah Emily Upp, age 28, of the 3000 block of Upton Drive in Kensington was last seen this morning at approximately 7:45 a.m. near Kemp Mill Road and Glenallan Avenue.

She is described as a white female, 5’7″ tall, and weighing approximately 160 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Ms. Upp was last seen wearing a black shirt and brown pants.

Police and family are concerned for Upp’s welfare and her mental well being. Upp has been reported missing before and, when located, she required medical attention. Some of her belongings were found on a foot path near Wheaton Plaza. It is likely that she does not have any identification with her.

Anyone with information regarding Ms. Upp’s whereabouts is asked to contact 4th District detectives at 240-773-5530, or the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.”

UPDATE from Montgomery County Police:

“Hannah Emily Upp, age 28, of the 3000 block of Upton Drive in Kensington has been located unharmed. She made contact with her family at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday night and was found in the area of Georgia Avenue and Shorefield Road in Wheaton. Detectives have met with her and will continue their investigation later today.”

“Actually I just got an update (WMATA finally allowed tracking of her SmartTrip card). Her last activity was at Georgia Ave and W St. at 12:42 yesterday.”

“Only her card was used there.
Still last confirmed sighting was when she left for work at 6:45am.”

Missing Person from Mt. Pleasant

“Dear PoP,

My friend and neighbor asked me to report to the police that his roommate was missing. It’s two weeks later and his roommate is still missing. Poor guy is illiterate, speaks very little English. We’ve checked with ICE, the hospitals, the Honduran consulate. We filed the police report but sense the police can’t/won’t do anything. My friend asked me to make the attached poster which I’ll start posting around the neighborhood (Columbia Heights/Mt. Pleasant) and also by the restaurant where he worked as a dishwasher (M. Street Bar and Grill).”

“The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person identified as 14-year-old Diana Noimi Coronado. Ms Coronado was reportedly last seen in the 3100 block of Warder Street, NW on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. As of this time she has not returned home.

Ms. Coronado is described as a light-complexioned Hispanic female with long black hair and brown eyes, 5’5” to 5’6” in height, weighing approximately 85 to 90 pounds. There is no clothing description for Ms. Coronado at this time.
