Update: Owner has been found, thanks all.

“Dear PoPville,

I was biking on 13th and Crittenden St NW when I got bit by a dog. The owner was a man walking two large black Rottweilers and said I could pass but the dog lunged at me and bit the back of my calf. I’m trying to find any information on the owner so I can verify the dogs vaccination status (specifically for rabies). Does anyone have any information?

If so please email me at [email protected] and I’ll pass on to OP. Thanks.
