Whoa, this is nuts, thanks to Patrick for sending:

“This was an interesting one… Happened at about 6:45pm on Saturday night right in front of Children’s Hospital on Michigan. Luckily a 25 mph zone where people generally follow the limit. The wheel came off of a small pickup truck and made a beeline across two lanes of traffic and right for my front bumper. I didn’t even see it until the last second. As you can see – it flew off my bumper like a ball off of a bat and ping-ponged between two more cars on the other side of the road.

What luck!”

Just one coconut. And usually not a whole one. (more…)

Thanks to Kate for sending from “20th street side of La Tomate restaurant”

Ed. Note: The plate says “Stop the Chaos”.

Second, on this particular bloodmobile, there is a blood crossing sign. There are blood drops (or sacks) with arms and legs crossing a street. Someone came up with this idea for a sign to stick on a bloodmobile and then had the sign made. (more…)
