E. reports around 1:15pm: “Allegedly it’s 25mph going south on North Capitol. This is between Bryant and Adams blocks. There is a southbound speed camera, but it is just south of Michigan Ave. all the drag racing happens between Channing and the underpass at Rhode Island Ave. More deterrents are needed along the southbound stretch.” (more…)
