I was finishing Ubering a side gig I use to pay my rent. I came to a stop on H St NE and a vehicle with windows so dark it looked as if they had been painted black was following me. I slowed down they slowed down , so I sped up and got in front of them and could barely see the inspection sticker, as we kept stopping at lights I could clearly see that the front window was tinted!
