“The #SportsCapital will host a parade to celebrate the Washington Nationals’ World Series victory! The 2019 Nationals Championship Parade is scheduled for Saturday, November 2, at 2 p.m. The parade will begin on Constitution Avenue NW at 15th Street NW, proceed east along Constitution Avenue NW, and end on Pennsylvania Avenue NW at 3rd Street NW with a team rally.

“Nationals fans attending Game 7 watch parties can take Metro home thanks to support from Pepco. Metro General Manager/CEO Paul J. Wiedefeld today announced that four stations located near major watch party events will remain open for entry after the system’s regular 11:30 p.m. closing time.
The four stations will remain open for one hour after the game ends, and trains will continue running on all lines until all customers have been accommodated.
After 11:30 p.m., customers can enter Metrorail only at the following locations: (more…)
