“The Racing Presidents are an iconic part of every Washington Nationals home game, and it is that time of year again for candidates to get their shot at joining the race.
The Nationals Entertainment department is looking for applicants to “run for office” and tryout for their chance to join the 2020 Racing Presidents. Essential requirements include: the ability to run approximately 200 yards in a 50-pound suit, measuring between 5’7 and 6’6 in height, and the ability to work at least 40% of Nationals home games.
Candidates who believe they have the energy, enthusiasm, and ability to take on the persona of George, Tom, Abe, or Teddy can apply through the Nationals website by following the link below.
