Figured people might want to know, there is an older man, bald about 5’6 who walks around Capitol Hill up 7st NE between H and East Capitol. He has a large black lab that’s on a leash but very aggressive and a small Papillion that is off leash and darts up to other dogs. (more…)

Could you give some visibility to this petition to build a dog park for Wards 7 & 8!
There are currently 16 dog parks in the District, but none have been built in these wards despite continued requests from residents.
A DC Redditor recently posted giving some background on this very sad situation.”
