“Black Jack will mark Mardi Gras with four days of festivities beginning on Saturday, February 6 culminating in a festive, New Orleans-style celebration on Tuesday, February 9. Guests will be made to feel as if they’re on Bourbon Street as the space will be transformed with elaborate carnival decorations, transporting patrons to the French Quarter, and the regular food and drink menu will change for the four-day period featuring Cajun-style classics. UPDATE: Big D’s Pony Rides will be replacing Peppermint Pony as the pony vendor. They will be bringing 2 ponies instead of a pony and a miniature horse. In addition, their sister company, Dream Shire Carriage, coincidentally will be offering carriage rides starting at 12:30pm in front of the Williard Hotel, so make it a horse-themed day.
