“I’m on the scene with officers and detectives at 3rd and H Streets NE where an Armed Carjacking (Knife) occurred at approximately 8 PM. The victim is unharmed but a 2007 BMW 5-Series with West Virginia tags 757185 was taken. If you see this vehicle, do not take any action other than immediately calling 911. The victim reported that they were approached by an suspect armed with a handgun. The suspect demanded the victims vehicle.
