Thanks to all who’ve sent in photos of the zoning permit for a Chipotle coming to the old Pizza Hut spot at 2338 Wisconsin Ave, NW across from the Whole Foods.

Anyone know why they’d need a zoning permit? Expanding into another store front or adding some other sort of addition?

This rental is located on the 3900 block of W Street, NW:

The Craigslist ad says:

“GLOVER PARK — 2BR/1BA apartment located on the 3900 block of W Street! Apartment is on top floor of an end unit building (windows all around!). Walking distance to shops, restaurants & nightlife on Wisconsin Avenue and Metro bus stops are just one block away. Whitehaven Parkway is right across the street! NO PETS.”

I’m thinking with a roomate this could be a really good deal. What do you guys think – $1795 sound reasonable for this 2 bed/1 bath?

From an email:

There are a few Angelico Pizzerias around town but this one in Glover Park on Wisconsin Ave, NW is the first one I’ve seen with this totally badass sign.
