A female friend and I were walking home along D St NE at around 9:30PM (Tuesday) and started to be followed by a tall man dressed in all black. We watched (around 9:30pm Friday) a man get dragged behind his car on D Street Southeast between 8th and 9th before they turned left and dragged him onto 9th SE headed north towards East Capitol. He was able to get off the car around Independence avenue Southeast. They carjacked him at gunpoint and he tried to jump on the vehicle. (more…)
