“Dear PoPville,

Last night I was at the Wharf and a dog was attached to a chair by his leash running. My date tried to help catch the dog but he slipped out of his collar & leash once he & the owner got closer to him and then he bolted. My date was unable to help catch him and I was just hoping the owner was able to get him. I haven’t been able to stop worrying about poor Roscoe!”

Thanks to Mia for sending: “Around 5:15pm in front of the cvs at the wharf on Maine Ave SW. Looks like fire started from wheel. Does not look like there was anyone harmed. Shoutout to the DCFD for coming fast and putting it down quickly.” (more…)
