“Dear PoPville,
Last night I was at the Wharf and a dog was attached to a chair by his leash running. My date tried to help catch the dog but he slipped out of his collar & leash once he & the owner got closer to him and then he bolted. My date was unable to help catch him and I was just hoping the owner was able to get him. I haven’t been able to stop worrying about poor Roscoe!”
