14th Street Streetscape Project Looking Good Down South – Completion Now Expected “Fall 2019”

Been getting a lot of queries about the status of the 14th Street Streetscape project:

“The 14th st streetscape project has been going on forever. When will it end?”

Originally anticipated completion was “May 2019” but now the whole thing from Thomas Circle to Florida Ave is expected to finish in “Fall 2019”.

The floating bus stops and protected bike section down by Thomas Circle is looking good: (more…)

“Looks another furniture store is going into the old La-Z-Boy spot in Logan Circle. I walked by today and saw a new sign up. Wonder how long this one will last?! It appears that Joybird is owned by La-Z-Boy, so it looks like they are just rebranding the space.” (more…)
